1) No there was no video tape because by law you can not put a video camera in a restroom, therefore there would be no video tape to destroy!!!! More importantly I did not realize that video evidence is necessary in order to prove a rape allegation

2) When faced with the decision to believe a 20 year old college student and her friends or a man who has already been accused of rape I will lean towards the girls story. Just because the girl does not want her name and face put out across america as a rape victim and that there was not enough "evidence" to prove beyond a doubt that the rape occurred does not mean that it did not happen.
