    gives them a little more leverage for TV Deals. the last 3 become vital if he's chasing a record like Barry Bonds. shit was must see TV so I guess the value in that alone. Like that ridiculous deal Kobe got late in his Career. Was strictly because the TV network wouldn't have given them a deal if there was no Kobe.

    At the end of the day Scott Boris caught the L - if they knew this was the market ? No way he wouldn’t re-sign with the nationals for that $300 million offer- that extra $30 million was what they beg the Phillies 2 give - to save the embarrassment
