While every city has sections only Illini could afford what city's have you been though that where down right dangerous
5)West Baltimore:Except for the marble steps the whole place should be bulldozed
4)North Philadelphia:Although I usually end up there every 2 months for various reasons
the section called the "bandlands" deserves that name
3)NYC-Alphabet City section(Lower Manhattan):It's now been urban renewed and over run with high end boutiques at on time one of the few places i thought "I just have taken my life in my hands"
2)Juarez Mexico:A fukin warzone
But without a doubt worse section of any city
1)North West Washington DC:The cops won't even go there and its been like that since LBJ and Nixon where in office
