You could have teams in cities without franchises like Louisville, Syracuse, Lincoln, NE, Austin, Memphis, etc. Of course, you would need to get colleges on board, but who knows. Would love this. I'm not sure how well it would do here though. Everyone is already a Bills, Jets, Giants fan with the Dolphins, Cowboys, and randoms thrown in. Cuse isn't a great football town unfortunately. Can't even get people to come for College. Plenty of towns it could work in though. Basically the rest you mentioned.
