The Timberwolves are down to one point guard on their team.

    Just sent Rubio to Utah.

    I guess they're signing a pg tomorrow.

Rubio wanted to play in either NY or LA coming from Europe. Now goes from Minny to Utah.

They must have a deal with Lowry.

Minny doing work. Finally got that bum out of there. I'm throwing some change on them to win it all every year, until they do.

Yes, I may not make it that far, but think in the next 5 they will win it all.

    Sounds like Jeff Teague.

    Teague, Butler, Wiggins, Patton, Towns.

Solid, and they get a pick.

Deep bench. They messed up some picks, or would be damn good. Still, they are on their way.

I predict they'll go for Lowry. If he says no they have a fall back option in Rose.

Quite strange to see them trade their supposed point guard of the future as well as their supposed point guard of the present in one summer.

I beg to differ, Teague is not solid. Can't shoot, can't defend.

Whoever they get, they have to have a deal in place. There's no way they would put themselves in a position of overpaying for a guard.

Teague isn't even a big upgrade over Rubio. Honestly in that offense, Rubio is probably a better fit.

That team needs a point guard it does not shoot and just passes a guy like Lowery is a terrible fit

The Knicks have abandoned their hopes of meeting with Jeff Teague, league sources say, convinced Teague has already committed to Minnesota

Isn't there two Teagues in the league? I forget which one is better but I wish Minny the best, I like what they're building over there.

According to ESPN’s Marc Stein, at least one front office believes Jeff Teague is so committed to the Timberwolves that it’s not worth pursuing a meeting. It’s been said that the Knicks have abandoned the idea of sitting down with the Pacers free agent altogether.

Marquis Teague got ran out of the league last summer by some summer league scrub, I forget his name.

He was thought to be a better prospect when he was still in college.

The Timberwolves have agreed to sign free agent power forward Taj Gibson, reports Shams Charania of The Vertical. According to Charania, Gibson will receive $28MM on a two-year deal from Minnesota. News of the agreement comes on the heels of a report from Darren Wolfson of 5 Eyewitness News that the Wolves’ interest in Gibson had “increased.”

Minny doing work. Taj, and Towns while Patton develops. Nice pickup. Taj was always overlooked in Chicago for some reason. He's a talented offensive 4, battles on D, and the boards.
