Ebay fees are generally ridiculous and I try to deal exclusively on Cslist but if you used the service you gotta pay them. Under Meg Whitman the firm had a scorched earth litigation policy which could end up being very bad for someone who doesn't pay their debts. Don't know what the policy is now sammy. GL with this though.

Generally Sam eBay won't call you for anything so I'm assuming you owe a fair bit.I don't understand why they don't take those fees out when the item is sold just like Paypal.I always feel like I'm getting hit two times with the fees when Ebay ahold just buy Paypal.I would just create another account and let Ebay terminate the old one that is about as much as they can do .

But seriously Sammy, there are resolution processes to follow if you didn't get the merchandise back. Quit acting like a f-ing teenager and man up and do what you have to do to take care of this in the proper way.

actually NO, I sold the product, the person received it, 3 weeks later complained, got the money back and I didn't get product back, I get fukked in every case here

you need to ship fedex or ups exclusively with a tracking number showing signed delivery. ITS the ONLY way to do business on ebay. Ebay is just a scam fest anymore. With the fee's anymore its not even worth listing there.

My problem with the situation is
-the buyer said they received it
- ebay didn't advise them to return the item.

There is a resolution procedure for this and you have to follow it if you want to win in any case. Say goodbye to your credit, they will win a judgment against you if they file.
