Seals in training do more in 3 hours than you do at the gym in a month.. And they do it with no gym.. You will never push yourself as hard as the instuctors push those in training.. Never..

As for you being able to run 3 miles, even that isn't good enough.. You wouldn't even pass the running part of the training.. Every week, they run a timed 4 miles.. On the beach.. In boots and full gear.. So your 3 on a treadmill wouldn't cut it.. How long does it take you to run 3 miles Pecos?.
