Bottom line is they won. Who cares about style points. Pretty sure hammering Temple 84-52 was a pretty complete game they played this season. Beating K-State three times. This is just a team that knows how to win. I don't understand why people are concerned with how many points they win by especially in a 1st round game where many of the top seeds don't play anything close to the type of defense they'll play in the rounds after. Just my two cents.

There's a reason Kansas was at +280 to win the title and the field (anyone but Kansas) was at -310. Kansas is clearly weaker than the team that won the title 2 years ago. They are still the best team right now, but they probably won't win the title.

I think Northern Iowa will threaten Kansas in the next game.

Excellent post. Kansas will play up to the competition. Beating a #16 team by 15 or 25 does not get you any style points because the seedings are already established and all they had to do is win the next game to advance.

Kansas Played a very good Lehigh Team. I have seen Lehigh play alot since they are from my hometown. This team was in the top 10 for offensive 3 point% and in the top 70 in offensive field goal %. They know how to score points. That Carrington and McCollum are real solid. McCollum is only a Freshamn but they will lose Carrington since he is a senior. If Lehigh would have gotten matched up with a 2 or a 3 seed they could have had a good chance for a big upset. Lehigh got a bad draw but they did play good basketball against Kansas. Remember Kansas shot 55% from the field and over 40% from 3 point land last night they played good basketball.
