In hindsight the best thing that ever happened to me was losing my $70k a year job where I had 10 years in. It depressed me and from there I made radical changes. My advice would be start now with the planning and get rid of anything that pulls you down including gambling, weed and booze. Your plan should include an hour of exercise every day. You will be shocked how free your brain will think if you follow this very simple advice.
what were your 15 concepts if you dont mind mentioning

There is a time for just about everything. If you want to build and make a million or two then you must put all those aside and clean your azz up. One of the best posts i've seen on here. Lots of guys here are always in the cycle of vices. From one thing to the next, life is a big party and thats what separates people higher up the financial ladder from the rest.

Around here, a million is not that much money... Achieved that at the age of 31...

I was very much into comparison sites. SBR was one of those comparing sportsbooks. Of the other 14 a few made money. One site compared long distance rates of all the long distance companies. Another site compared the different international long distance calling cards. Did you know you can call the US to Canada for 1.5 cents a minute? A couple of sites were B2B for SEO and hosting services. One called rxsearch.com compared prescription medicine prices and was a hit until the US cracked down on the online pharmacy's. I also had a site where you could order an a computer where you just picked the components. That was a bust as I was always higher than the market. There are a few sites that thankfully I can't even remember.

Yes when I started this thread and said millionaire I meant like tens of millions

A million dollars is not a lot in this day and age, especially in NYC. Million won't even buy you a place to live.

SBR John could easily live without money...it's the Johnny Walker Blue, the Cristal Champagne, the Gucci loafers and the private golf clubs that are the necessities.

I'm inspired to go workout now. I do my best thinking on the treadmill or riding the lawnmower. I never understood the on the shitter thing. People reading on the shitter is the strangest. When I feel the need to go shit, I sit down & I'm done in 30 seconds to 2 minutes tops. WTF can you possibly get read in that timeframe once to twice a day???

I mean, I don't just sit on the shitter & wait, then shit & sit & wait longer. When I read & go into deep thought I prefer to be sitting comfortably & not smelling shit! Sorry about the rambling

Why do people think sbr john is only worth a few million? Are you people oblivious to the fact that sbr makes over 5 million a year (1.6 from book maker alone)through affiliate programs with sportsbooks.

Not to mention traffic and advertisements. You think they cud afford a points system and host a 200k bash if they only made a million a year?
