Afew sugestions.
Aruba.......Sun & Gambling, one of the nicer Caribbean Islands, can be Pricey, live poker games full of fish at the Holiday Inn
Fiji...........Gorgeous Island in the South Pacific, pristine White Sand Beachs, rainforest tours, beautiful Ocean, a great place for true naturalists and peace and tranquility,no gambling unless you bet on weather or not you got Malarya from one of your many Mosquito bites, Downfall long plane ride and expensive.
Belize... On the Coast of Central America, nature haven, Diving, snorkling, and good food very much an english speaking country,Mayan temples amazing to see, expesive to stay on the Beach, much cheaper in land, no Gambling that i know of.
Amsterdam....... rent a little boat on the water or get a nice hotel go to the local legal poker room play some poker then walk across the street smoke a few joints in the café and repeat, a very nice place to buzz out for a week or so.
FOR TRUE adventure maybe an African Safari, or if you really want to get the adreneline going a trip into the Mountains of Pakastan, but this may lead to alot of aggrevation for a guy such as yourself upon your return home.
Have fun wherever you end up.

In the US, Florida of course.
Outside of the US, I'd probably go with the Bahamas.

Thx for all the info guys. My parents said they want to send me and my wife somewhere as a gift for being parents again. They will pay for everything and watch the kids while we are gone. Looking for nice beach, jet ski's, nice ethnic restaurants , etc. A place that offers no gambling would also be a major plus. Thx all for suggestions

Good suggestions on this list.
Have been to Cabo many times and it is a good place to go, but it's kinda touristy these days...
I would highly recommend both Punta Cana, DR as well as Puerto Rico.
Spend 2 weeks in PR about a month ago. The beaches were amazing, good night life, easy to get drugs, and relatively cheap.

The only two continents I've never set foot on are South America and Antartica, so maybe the Machu Picchu ruins in Peru or fishing somewhere off the coast of Argentina might be a choice just to knock off one more continent before my time's up in this life.
I'd also like to return someday to the Canadian Rockies around Banff/Jasper, still think of that area as about the prettiest spot I've seen on this planet. The East Coast of Australia and Ireland are two more places I've never been and would like to go.

My dream is to visit North Korea, that's extreme and different. As far as i know it's very hard to go there and very very expensive. Go now because after few years it will change probably and it will became a normal democratic country.

Yea bro it's an awesome place to go for a week or two. So much shit to do. Well I see ur post about no gambling. Cabo does have a Lil casino called caliente. And it also has a sportsbook. And the lines they get r straight from Vegas lines. Pretty legit. I won a 4 team parlay last year on MLB lol and I won like 180 bucks. So I used that for a nice dinner off the harbor. It was beautiful. But if ur trying to stay away from gambling just forget it's there and u will be good. But it was too hard for me to stay away.

i think you guys are all missing probably the best exotic island location
ST LUCIA
unspoiled beauty, you can do everything the other islands have but with far more varied topography.
sure you can waste your time in punta cana or the bahamas but in those places you're probably just going to sit around at a resort that looks no different than florida.
in st lucia you can climb the pitons, go ziplining, visit rainforests/hot springs/waterfalls/drive-in volcano/etc, or if you just want to sit on the beach or poolside they have resorts every bit as good as those other places from my experience. NO GAMBLING but you said you didn't want that anyway.

Today the island is mainly dependent on tourism. Over the last few years several resorts have been built on motu (small islands) surrounding the lagoon. Thirty years ago, Hotel Bora Bora built the first over-the-water bungalows on stilts over the lagoon and today, overwater bungalows are a standard feature of most Bora Bora resorts. The quality of those bungalows ranges from comparably cheap, basic accommodations to very luxurious - and pricy - places to stay. Most of the tourist destinations are aquacentric; however it is possible to visit attractions on land such as WWII cannons. Air Tahiti has five or six flights daily to the Bora Bora Airport on Moto Mute from Tahiti (as well as from other islands).
Although French and Tahitian are the main languages spoken by the inhabitants, people in contact with tourists generally have some command of English. Most visitors to Bora Bora are American, Japanese, or European. Public transport on the island is limited, consisting of a single bus that goes halfway around the island and back approximately every hour. Bicycles are the recommended method of transport. There are also small fun-cars for hire in Vaitape.
Bora Bora is predestined for snorkeling and scuba diving in and around its lagoon. Many species of sharks and rays inhabit the surrounding body of water. There are a few dive operators on the island offering manta ray dives and also shark-feeding dives.
