I'm not sure how SBR benefited from this move. They basically shut down a forum than was generating much more traffic volume than the couple hundred points MexStallion was generating through his book every month. Remember he was grading every play by hand and paying everyone by hand. Nothing was automated. I'm still baffled by this move but if some genius figured out it was worth it only time will tell.
