im joking of coarse this is not true as i tried a whole new wardrobe for airplane flights and it didnt matter they still searched and harassed me every time....which to be totally honest didnt make me feel any safer and shouldnt have made anyone else feel safer as it was quite obvious i didnt wanna blow up a plane, certainly a plane i was on... thats just stupid......

There is usually no gray area, you either respect the cops or you do not. I've found out that for the most part if you've never been wronged you are on the side of law enforcement, you expect that they are good guys just doing their job. Once you've been put through the ringer a few times you start seeing them in a different light. This is all about opinions though so it's not worth arguing right or wrong, we've all had different life experiences. I will say though there are some cops out there that make it bad for everyone else, some of you are lucky if you haven't encountered any of these guys at this point in your life. Hopefully you never will.

this is a fabricated story. an officer has the legal right to ask for ID of passengers in a car that he pulled over, same goes for a stop on the streets. and there's not one cop I know who would take kindly to an 18 year old who is not obeying a request calling him an "asshole."

wow...tough subject... I like have the police around... Just not bother me....lol... the problem is that most cops are good... the bad ones... well we hear about all over the news.... Not that the cop had a right to stop you, but was it poor lighting? houses around? fast traffic? the fact of the matter is... he shouldn't have judged someone by their clothing, and if he felt he was concerned for your safety... he could have just said "please walk on the side walk"... some cops expect an attitude, and so they start it off... which pisses people off! and thats were people form their opinions... It's too bad that the small percentage of cops can give "police" in general a bad name.... But it happens... and to be honest with yah... if someone was walking around at night in all dark clothing in my neighborhood... I would want them to check to see whats going on... this doesn't mean the cop has to be a dick about it!... (FYI, you can report that to the local district that you felt disrespected by the cop...
