If you break the law you should fukkin pay period. There is no such thing as entrapment. It is the same thing with hookers and ones that are really cops. It is not entrapment, you know it is wrong and totally disregard the law. I am glad this kid turned your ass in, hopefully it taught you a fukkin lesson.

Dr. Stale I was heavily involved in the neighborhood watch program and loved turning people in. I turned in the hottest chicks too for parking too far away from curb or jaywalking. I would love to turn a guys ass in liek Giver, he has no regard for the law. These guidos like him think they can do anything they want.

Ok...what time frame are we looking at? Cause 4 beers is not ok. Chances are you were over the legal limit. So...you should have been busted for PI, Illegal Possession of Alcohol by being a minor, drinking on school property, along with the DUI.

It couldn't have been entrapment due to the fact that the crime was already committed before you attempted to enter the building. And while they might not have been able to give you a sobriety field test, they could have gotten an order to do a blood alcohol test at the station if they had choosen to. You were more than lucky and should send those nice policemen a thank you note for keeping you from driving drunk.

you broke the law and got caught by an eye witness then later confessed it to a police officer.

ive watched episodes of cops where they sit a bike somewhere and wait to catch the person when someone steals it and other episodes here the police officers themselves are SELLING people drugs then pulling them over a block away and busting them for it.

how about this- stop being an idiot and dont drink at school unless its from a mcdonalds cup.

They don't need to have a confession for anything. The fact that you were limping was enough for Reasonable suspicion which opens up a whole can of worms. They could have said that they thought you were stumbling because you were drunk which gives them a reason to approach your car. After approaching the car they saw empty beer cans, which gives them suspicion enough to search the entire car knowing that you are underage. It doesn't take much from there. Empty beer cans....they could have said there was still some in the bottom and it was not just and empty but it was an open container....again you are busted. There are so many things that they could have busted you for and they didn't so for you to think they can't charge you with anything without a confession it is just naive.
