Yep you were right! And they had 18! they didnt think anyone would hit a 17 and it fuked up their cards, and she showed 18 after you busted.

Hey guys I'm back after playing nearly 2 months of live blackjack at Betphoenix. Overall, I have done good except for one bad night around 4-11 when I gave a lot of it back. Stupid move to keep going I usually take my little profits here and there but when I get on a losing streak I try to ride it out and gave back all that I worked for for weeks. You live and learn and you got to set limits on your losses or you can go broke. Thankfully I got out to cut my losses but it sucks to lose and walk away. I'm up a tad overall and have learned a valuable lesson in the meantime. I can do it with sports gambling no problem I just get carried away in the casino....but not anymore. Still got my shirt!

Anyway, I was wondering if any of you have the same thoughts on this live blackjack that I do. The night I lost terribly the luck was unusually bad. I keep a record of each hand I play and it was 14-42 with losing streaks of 5,4,8,7,6. It was just horrible runs but I noticed that when the dealer had a bust card and I obviously wasn't going to hit on say a 12-16 he would throw a card down on the players hand as if someone hit. I know that other players could not be taking hits like this all the time. I can see every once in awhile but it happened a lot that night. Since the dealer had his first card scanned face down they know what it is and can choose to do whatever they want to suit their advantage. This huge and I didn't realize it until I lost one of those 8 in a row runs. I know a couple of you touched on this earlier so this topic might be repetitive. It is cheating and they wait to do it until you get bigger stakes out there so it's not as obvious. It really pisses me off that they might have to resort to these tactics when they already have the house advantage. GREED.

Second, do you guys think that the decks they are using are manipulated? What I mean is, they contain less face cards so it completely throws the hand off a blackjack player who plays by the rules. The whole blackjack system is flawed if this is done. You will not be getting your face cards on double downs, the dealer will likely not bust out as often, etc. There seems to be a higher than normal small cards when I play sometimes. I know it could just be a run of the deck but when it keeps happening some nights it raises a red flag. There are so many ways that they can turn the odds in their favor and I have really suspect that Betphoenix does these things. Also, something was mentioned about the scannning some cards when the deck is being shuffled which could be true to.

All of these things have caused me to back off playing BJ for now because it doesn't seem fair. These things do not happen often or it would be too obvious but if you play enough you will see the little tricks they pull. I've resorted to playing a little Baccarat for now as I can't see how they could manipulate this one. They can get just about even money on both sides and just rake in on the banker's commission. So far so good but I'm cautiously optimistic!

Sorry for the long post it's not my style. Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated.

for what it's worth, i've cleaned up on the betphoenix blackjack a few times. just don't drink too much when you play!

Be careful T-Bone...I cleaned up for over a month and then they got me one night. I don't drink anymore so I'm totally focused. Good luck but keep your guard up!
