Vegas summers are highly overrated on the negative side........not bad at all except the few days when the temps go above 105.

The SUN is Florida in much, much more brutal.........and of course, it's humid also.

First time ever I completely agree with Fishead.

The summers in Florida are brutally long. It's Africa hot from May-October and then you get your 85 degree days in January sometimes. Not to mention the topography in FLA is incredibly boring.

Plus, Vegas would be no fun if I lived there instead of Florida.

Bad times in Vegas for heat would be July and August. Those I would say are the worse months, and probably the only times you really need to run your home A/C full time. Yes, Nevada Energy rapes you too.

As long as it don't snow in December, all is good. There was a good snow fall here in 2008. Sucked balls.

I was living in Henderson when that happened...took me 2.5 hours to drive to Summerlin for a beer tasting at lee's liquor
