You won't get paid because the race went off at 6:09 according to equibase. You bet at 6:09 with 30 seconds.

See most likely the race didn't go off before your bet but SBR is ignorant to the software. If this software had so many glitches do you think the books would go through this trouble everyday? The same thing happened to me but for a far less amount. DGS is good software.

no, the race didnt go off but i didnt know you had to bet 3 minutes before post. i didnt see the rule. Lou better tell everybody to bet 3 minutes before the race. its only points but my horse racing is done. the funny part is they took my points. who is going to play the horses when you dont know when they are going to shut you out. I really think it is funny but i am glad i dont bet horses off shore if this is what they do. dgs cant be a good software if the race didnt go off and i did nt get paid but they took my points

The same thing happened to me. Their timing is off by a minute or less. DGS software leaves the betting open until it goes off. SBR doesn't recognize that. They go by a time that is not sync to the time they use. SBR needs to trust the software more. Like I said earlier,DGS does mess up rarely and when it does, the races are still up 10 or 20 minutes after the post. You got the royal shaft here.

the clock is set 3 minutes fast. go make a bet and check your time and then go to your open bets and it will tell you a 3 minute difference. how the hell were we supposed to know to make a bet 3 minutes befor post. what a joke can you imaingine if you did this with money at this off shore. kind of scary isnt it. wow

Hi Invega,

Sometimes the track in question will post prior to the start time, out of dozens plus races per day it is not uncommon. The software that we use is the same racebook software that services popular racebooks/sportsbooks. Additionally anything determined to be pastposted would be voided, not graded as a loss.
