Yes its legal back in the 60's the scam was the big name guys would take in the calls get the information from the caller , they would cut the country in half one half would get u.s.c. the other half would get notre dame, the tout was always be 50 percent right ,they would make killings until people caught on.Comment -
fish thats why I asked you about a family member of mine maurice pro lerner, I had a ballbuster calling me for weeks trying to sell night after night. finally I fiqured the only way to get rid of this guy was to mention his name ,so I asked him and we talked of course alot of the touts in Vegas are wannabes that need work to live so they take on that. once he found out about my friend he never called me again , thats the strength this guy has .Comment -
