Pecos the scars you have are minor problems. You need confidence. If you keep telling yourself that the scars are the reason you haven't had any relationship (meaningful or otherwise) then you're just sabotaging any efforts at real improvement that you might take to help yourself.

I would suggest you just mellow your attitude and be more social. Try to make friends with women at first instead of straight trying to jump their bones. Even if your intention is to jump their bones and it doesn't pan out physically you can at least alleviate any stress of interacting with women in the future by having some friends that are women. Not to mention you gain access to networks of their hopefully hot friends and gain fallback position of the rebound screw, emotional screw, screw you cheating bastard boyfriend screw etc.

You also might try working out and eating a better diet. Working out releases endorphins which will make you feel better in general but the physical changes will improve your self/body image. The gym is also a good place to meet women.

You could also read the PUA (pick up artist) material that is available but I find it questionable. Some swear by it but I've always had success by just being myself.
