Why would you hold him for 10 weeks and not start him?

I've got Edelman, Roddy White, Cobb and I need to win this week. Can't start him unless he's going to come right in and contribute. Can't have him get 3 for 45 because he doesn't know the new coaches play book

Tough question/call. Id probably start him over White if I had to win.
Good luck

I am starting him in my league this weekend, comes at a good time for me as Antonio Brown is on a BYE and Sanders probably still in cloud cuckoo land after that hit at the weekend so Gordon gets the nod.

How many WRs can you start? I'd rank them in this order: Cobb, Gordon, Roddy, Edelman
Although it is close between Gordon and Roddy. I would pay close attention to the media reports coming out of Cleveland. If he is suppose to play close to 75% of snaps, I think you go with Gordon. If he will be on a strict snap count, go with Roddy.

Start him over Edelman. He should know the playbook, he's had all season to learn it.

You HAVE to play him. He's the best WR on the Browns, no question.

Mike Pettine has declared returning Browns wideout Josh Gordon "maybe a little ahead of where we expected" in his preparation for his 2014 debut Sunday in Atlanta, the Elyria Chronicle Telegram has reported. Gordon has missed the entire season due to a drug suspension.
Pettine added Thursday that Brian Hoyer was targeting Gordon often in practice, but warned against the quarterback having tunnel vision in Week 12 and not seeking out other receivers.
Gordon is expected to play about three-quarters of the snaps against the Falcons.

I would wait a week. I don't think he's in game shape. He's obviously gonna be amped and try to go coconuts but u have 3 good receivers. I'd ride with them until u see what he looks like this week

Gordon not miss a beat with the 120 yards. Hoyer targeted him 16 times!
