One of my daughters married into a Mexican family. I still have family there and here locally. My step mother and family were from Mexico etc etc
Im in constant contact with Mexican businesses men and my wife deals with coworkers from Mexico. I have nothing but love and respect for the country and its people.

Not everyone is bad. My experience is generally negative with them. Great food though undoubtedly.

I know I read the K13 take on USA first game and he was so wrong. He seem so confident though. In all his predictions. No worries can't be right all the time. But he has a bit of an attitude with it. We move on.

1) MEXICO was actually good value when you add up the chances.
2) Pickford denied Jiminez 2x in the first half. Shots going in.
3) MEX back-line looked bad on the conceded PK right after ENG went down to ten.

I grew up in Southern Ca and was surrounded by Mexicans, good and bad people from all backgrounds. But the worst of the worst are Indians. India is garbage country and their culture is even worse. Just disgusting individuals. Try flying domestically in their country and you won't even comprehend the experience. There is a reason they are hated outside their own country.

The 2 best midfields on the planet will face off today at Arlington , Texas. Vitonha , Neto , Fernandes and Neves are used to owning the possession game so far, in every game to date. Today they are looking into a mirror when facing Spain's combo of Pedro , Rodri, Olmo and Lamine. Call it a draw ?
I think the difference lies in the finishing of Oyarzabal and Baena as link ups with Lamine etal. Ronaldo at 41, doesn't track back and his hold up play is non existent. Leao is the better option, with size and pace, that Ronaldo no longer possess, yet rarely is target A.

I really like the speed of this young US team. They also play the game up tempo and do their best work when holding a high line and pressing the oppositions back 4. Belgium have shown brief flashes of offensive unity , but consistency has been an issue. They were down and out against Senegal down 2 - 0 and showing very little in the attacking zone ( only 2 shots until the 80th min ). Still not sure as to what the best play is , since the Over 2.5 has been bet down to the 1.67 range now. Having the Red Card rescinded by D. Trump and some " influence " placed on his newest FIFA friend , is a huge boost to goal output with Balogun available. For the record , I think there was zero intent to injure on the play , and I agree with the ref giving the original yellow. Still......

It could go either way of course, but I think Spain found its game now and Belgium never seems to play up to its potential in these tournaments. Plus Belgium was done last game but somehow managed to score 2 late ones and miraculously win it. Also, Balogun's red card reversal helps their chances to advance.

*The DR Congo super-fan has brought to light (for me) a piece of history that I didn't fully appreciate. In the 1960s (and earlier) BELGIUM committed incredible atrocities against the Belgian Congo citizens. I don't think so. Even if i could, I am gonna let it ride. If Spain wins, I might hedge (which I do quite a bit in these cases) but its harder with soccer because of the draw. I kinda wish I had the over in the USA game so I could hedge the under if Spain comes through.

No wager in this game. Maybe something live if an opportunity comes.
Not a Belgium fan they have disappeared in these tournaments over the years but maybe this time they come through when expectations are low. Certainly prefer them winning vs USA but both are going home next game regardless imo.
I would root for USA vs France.
