    WorkOut Supps Opinions
    I just finished up using a jug of NO Explode and looking to try out something different, was wondering if any one has any recommendations.

    I always include the following into my daily routine: whey protein, flax seed oil, CLA, and multi-vitamins and the supplement I pick (NO Explode this past time), so wanted to try something new and needed some tips.

    I tried the following supps in the past NO Explode, NO2, and Hydroxicut.

    Would appreciate some feedback.

    if you're looking for strictly pre-wo, you could try Jack3d (which i'm trying out now) or shock therapy/storm combo

        I'm 27, why stop immediately? Being an athlete I have used supps on and off for the past 10 years.

            you probably dont wanna hear this but last September i tried the "supplements" all the good baseball players are using and i gotta say they work great...probably gonna do 1 more cycle of the "supplements" before summer....gotta say by far the best thing i ever tried workout wise

                  How did you feel coming off or in this couple month period since being off. Came across the same "supplement". Didnt have enough info to pull the trigger

                    Thanks for the feedback Bank. I have had a lot of buddies do cycles and they loved it as well, but I just can't get myself to do a cycle, not my thing.

                        i've never juiced but know a guy who takes regular cycles (6'0, 300lbs) and last year they caused him to have liver problems and he had to take 8 mths off working out, lost over 60 lbs and tons of power and had to take medication.

                        he started working out again a couple of mths ago, BEGAN JUICING AGAIN! AND GAINED ALL THE WEIGHT BACK PLUS MORE IN LESS THAN 2 MTHS! THIS SHIT WORKS LIKE MAD!

                        STEROIDS ARE LIKE A GIFT FROM HEAVEN BUT I'LL NEVER USE THEM, NOT EVEN PROHORMONES.

                          Hockey. I took about about 6 months off from lifting and running all together because of my knee and tried NO Explode, it was good but I was hoping to find something better this time around, like to change it up as well.

                            i used to say the same thing even messed with my friends that did them...guess all the good things i hear wore on me and hell im not getting any younger and ive tried everything else known to man so what the hell

                              Try watermelon flavored After Glow as part of your post workout shake. Mix in some chocolate Jay Robb whey protein. Tastes really good.

                                Yeah my buddies are big on roids, but I don't think I could ever hit them.

                                I should note that I am trying to cut with more cardio and higher reps than get ****in jacked.

                                  I'll never do a cycle. I want to live a long healthy life and doing a cycle is an obstacle for that goal.

                                    Yeah I hear ya bud. I'm not a big needle guy but now a days you can get them i pill form so who the hell knows if I will ever give them a go.

                                      General rule for supps:

                                      For pre-wo you just need some Nitric Oxide or Arginine (you can just buy them generic and raw and it's a lot cheaper, don't necessarily need the flashy packaging and and other ingredients the big brands put in)

                                      For post-wo you just need a protein whey shake and some creatine mixed in and that's all you need supp wise.

                                        Agree, include both of those into my daily supp mix but feel you have to include fiber, a multi-vitamin, CLA, and fiber.

                                          Cycles are the easy way out.

                                          Be disciplined and eat several high protein low card meals a day, bust your ass in the gym, run your ass off and get the proper amount of sleep and you can reach any goal you set for yourself.

                                          The only thing I will condone is getting your testosterone checked if your 35+

                                            Those are prohormones. Those are JUST as bad as injecting. The thought of swallowing a pill though does seem less 'hardcore' and healthier, but they give the same side effects as steroids. As long as you take proper PCT you should be fine, but I am in no way condoning steroids or prohormones. (I've been out of the loop w/ these for a while, maybe they are safer nowadays?)

                                              i dont think ill ever go using them on the regular but my 1st cycle gave me massive gains and havnt lost any sense (thank you post cycle pills) i was already doing ok and i put on a bunch of muscle just think 1 more would really set it off

                                                  I probably will never do a cycle just commenting to Bank's quote about them that I would be more likely to try them in pill form rather than needles.

                                                  I think I might give that Jack3d a go, reading up on it and it sounds pretty solid with side effects at a minimal.

                                                            only thing i do in this advanced age of 31 is workout and cap games....sad i know but "fun" got me in a lot of trouble and while i was doing my time for that fun i really got into lifting....i fukkin hate running though..do it but hate it

                                                                i need to get some cardio going at some point, but i lose weight extremely fast. trying to bulk now, will cut later, maybe the summer when there's soccer.

                                                                    ya ahh if i run more than 3 times a week it was a really impressive week for me...in the summer dont really have to mess with it at all as work handles it for me...these damn winter months!!!!!

                                                                      I've worked out for 25 yrs, played football til I was 30 and have competed in and won bb competitions, been a nutritionist, personal trainer, gym manager, and strength coach, football coach. I've seen every supplement and workout routine known to man and almost every sup is a rip off for the price excluding whey protein and creatine.
