Great writeup, absolutely great advice for many players. I have forwarded the information to a few people I know.

About teasers, I agree that it's best to avoid them in general, especially for new players, or players that don't understand when to use them. They aren't really that useful for most games and in fact they do lower your edge just like a parlay. However I do think a skilled mathematical based player can find value in them. In particular the Wong teaser is the only one that an average recreational player should use. The best explanation I have seen is done by SBR's Justin7.
