it's kinda lame, but you can't really fault the guy for finding an edge.

100% wrong. We can't fault him for this? Why the hell not? The guy presumably stumbles upon a glitch that gives him a HUGE advantage over every other player in the contest. He is then presented with a morals crossroad:

1) Use the information for himself and tell no one
2) Alert the mods so the playing field stays even

Please tell me how it was NOT cheating when he consciously made the decision to keep this information to himself and use it to take an advantage over whoever he was playing. Not only was it immoral, but it was blatant cheating. The guy deserves nothing less than an IP ban from everything SBR related.

Yeah I think we can fault him. He could have found it and just told the mods. It is out of the way. Same day with the last tournament where Gavin cheated to win the tournament. Really lame what people will do for a few bucks.

I reported the glitch and how to see the plays to Lou, but that was way too late. I could have easily not told and try and cheat too in other future tournaments.

Just glad that the new tournament will have no cheating. Have a nice clean tournament.

They have nothing to do with each other. I want ghosts gone, too, but to say one bad thing gets to stay (Kustac cheating) if another bad thing is allowed to stay (ghosting) doesn't make any sense.

I'm not sure what you're getting at, but it's ridiculous for you to be suggesting Kustac didn't do anything that bad.

mods should easily be able to see who is a ghost, and could eliminate them

Is that true though? Not hard to download a proxy program...is it really that easy to figure out duplicates? IP is the only way I know of and there are numerous apps that deal with masking your IP.
