I just see the one pick copied there. It is a head-scratcher since it is an identical Best Bet on a somewhat obscure college game on the last day for that week. But it is not as blatant as what I am hearing about this Kustac idiot.

Is it just the one pick or am I missing some?

Ahhhh I submitted a pick on Baylor -4 and the button said it was saved. Now I find out SBR had an outage of some sort at that time and the pick never registered. Looks like a winner too

For roughly one hour and change picks were not registered. Unfortunately we don't know who tried to submit what, and can't go in and add after games begin for obvious reasons. The problem was fixed and should not re-occur anymore, it was a date issue of some kind.

he copied the last pic so i had no chance to win. if it had not been exactly the same as mine i would have won if it lost no matter what i picked. so there is no way he would make a best bet with a large lead and give me a chance, unless he knew exactly what i was playing.

i think the Reload incident was dumb luck..I looked at his prior rounds and there was 0 indication of tailing..and he nearly got eliminated in his last round

the Kustac cheating is blatant as hell..3 rounds for sure

So the guy that won the 64 man tourney should be banned from SBR , he cheated me in the final 4 and the other guy in the finals.

Maybe Gavin would like to elaborate how he won his last 2 rounds ?

I will let Pokernut tell his story, but he was cheated. They had 5 of the same picks with a total on the Raiders game. The poster did so the previous round as well had a lead and picked the same games as the opponent to get to the finals.

I made 3 picks on the 1:00 games 5 minutes before kickoff and he matched them within seconds.

I made another pick right beor the 4:00 game and he matched it as well.

He did the same thing in the finals on Sunday matching his opponents final 5 picks including best bet.

Sounds like the exact same situation as Kustac. Was it reported? I never heard any rumblings about any of this until this current situation.

I really hope SBR is going to put their foot down. Unfortunately SBR has a history of being a doormat in these kinds of situations - like letting known points scammers use their swindled points to buy stuff at the SBR store.

I guess they can't take the money back from Gavin now but Kustac has to be booted from the tourney. I would say from the forum - along with Gavin if what you say is true - but sadly I don't see SBR doing that.

Thats unbelievable...damn you got shafted bad..he may as well have stood in front of you..put a gun to your head and take money out of your wallet..money perhaps you could have used..money you fairly put yourself in a position to have a shot at..he took it all from you in an instance

Looking back on this now..this has been going on for a while..what happens is it only screws one guy..everyone else dont know or care..if the guy dont say nothing it goes unoticed..

example is CMatthis in round one..He got bamboozled and has no clue..guess he had some bad karma due for having wally buy flowers for his dying mom..

Kustac went overboard and one guy called him out..now it is on the front page and was in Kustac`s head as he slept last night.." busted..think..think..what to do"

I know it was fixed but there was something that could have been done: kick him out. How is the right solution to discovering a cheater just to ignore it? I understand it makes the situation messy because he beat multiple people, but I think spending the time on working out a solution where the cheater isn't simply ignored was easily the right thing to do.

Instead, the possibility of cheating is confirmed by SBR and....nothing. We're left to assume they don't care.

So ridiculous. Honestly, SBR you are bailed out by me beating Kustac this week. What would you have done if Kustac went on to win the whole thing? I'm guessing nothing. Which is a little scary and definitely does not make any sense.

Why won't someone from SBR at least make a direct comment about Kustac's cheating? I think we all know by now he did, but SBR won't even go say so themselves.

I'm hoping you eventually take his winnings away but that alone isn't enough. Split it up and give that money to the people he cheated - they never even had a chance to compete fairly in the tournament.

Maybe kustac should be given amnesty on this one- if he tells SBR how he won (with a serious edge), so it can be fixed for the next contest and ensure fairness for everyone.

They already found out how it was done and it's been fixed. Supposedly, if you went to your opponents pending plays and sorted by sport, it would show their plays. I think he probably just stumbled upon it while playing - it's kinda lame, but you can't really fault the guy for finding an edge.
