        be 6 so we'll see.

yea I know them Damb Colts had to sell out to the books like the pussy's they are and I hope it bites them in the ass and if steelers don't make it I hope they get bit by the snake they fed meaning the Jets knocking them out of playoffs that would be priceless!

Will TROY PALAMALU be ready to play Sunday in Miami??? Polamalu, out for the last six games and most of a seventh with a left knee injury, began running in a straight line only Monday. He has yet to begun cutting, turning or twisting, moves needed to play in a game.
Polamalu also is running in a swimming pool.
"(Monday) was a positive step," coach Mike Tomlin said Tuesday. "The door's not closed on him participating. ... He's just progressing, trying to get him ready, hopefully to play."
The five-time Pro Bowl player will be limited if he practices, Tomlin said. Last week, Polamalu said he probably needed a full week of practice before he could play again.
Several weeks ago, Polamalu pointed to the Miami game for his return. However, he probably must show he can move freely and make sharp cuts on a knee that's mending from a sprained posterior cruciate ligament before he is cleared to play for the first time since Nov. 15.
"Yeah, no question," Tomlin said. "The unanticipated movement that comes with playing football, changing direction, dropping your weight and so forth, will be critical in him getting clearance to play. Absolutely."
Polamalu has played only three full games this season -- all of which the Steelers (8-7) won -- due to two ligament injuries in his left knee. The Steelers must win at Miami (7-8) to retain any chance of making the AFC playoffs.

                  Polamalu may return against Dolphins
                  Tuesday, December 29, 2009
                  By Ed Bouchette, Pittsburgh Post-Gazette
Safety Troy Polamalu, who has missed the past six Steelers games with a knee injury, ran yesterday and today and has a chance to return to play Sunday in Miami.
"The door is not closed,'' said coach Mike Tomlin.
Polamalu has missed a total of 10 games with two separate injuries to his left knee.
Among other injuries listed by Tomlin today were halfback Willie Parker (shoulder), guard Chris Kemoeatu (wrist), defensive end Brett Keisel (neck) and wide receiver Hines Ward (both hamstrings)

PALAMALU WARD BOTH LOOK FORWARD TO SUITING UP FOR THE FINALE

                    December 30 Pittsburgh Tribune Review
"Strong safety Troy Polamalu and wide receiver Hines Ward are working toward playing Sunday against the Miami Dolphins. Whether either is healthy enough to play in the regular-season finale remains to be seen, though coach Mike Tomlin sounded more optimistic about Ward, who is nursing hamstring injuries in both legs. Polamalu has missed six consecutive games with a strained posterior collateral ligament. He has done some straight-line running the past two days with an eye toward playing against the Dolphins. "He's just progressing, trying to get ready, hopefully to play," Tomlin said of Polamalu at his weekly news conference. "The door's not closed on him participating.""

THERE IS STILL HOPE STEELER NATION!!! The Pats will win their game on Sunday WHY??? cause they are the Patriot's of past AND WANT THE THIRD SEED!! The Raiders will win WHY??? cause Ravens are still licking their wounds and are psychologically distressed from our over whelming dominance over them. RAIDERS does what they do best and that is play the bad guy or the hater/spoiler. IT'S A GIVEN THAT WE WILL DROWN THE BIG TUNA AND HIS FISH!!! so on that note STEEL CITY LETS GIVE THREE FAIR-WELL SALUTES AND THREE HELL YES'S TO THE RAVENS,TEXANS AND DOLPHINS HIP HOP HOORAY!!!
