    Putting on 1-2 lbs of muscle mass per week in a "clean" (non-steroid) manner is not that big of a deal for someone who's occupation is being an elite athlete.

    Heck, I work a 9-5 desk job and can put on 1 lb lbm per week easy. I can only wish I had hours upon hours a day to do nothing but train and eat.

    Good carbs + lean protein + compound lifts + adequate rest = major gains.

    Slug down some brown rice, eat a chicken breast and get in the squat rack folks... it's really that simple.
