It's so funny how you never know which threads will fade away in an instant and which will have legs... When I posted this rant three weeks ago, I wasn't even trying to create a long-lasting thread, I was just venting! And now it's up to 1,000 views and 100 replies. 
Just goes to show you never can tell.
Today I actually took 35 points up to 114 in the casino!
BUT.... still the same bullcrap when you get a double-down hand. You DO. NOT. GET. TENS. ... EVER.
Only way to beat it is to grind AT LOW STAKES. And to jump from game to game. I jump all around between BJ, craps, and roulette. And keep my wagers low -- I don't think it likes to pay big ones!!!!Comment -
You Do NOT want to try and play a perfect strategy here in the BJ Men. And who needs big ones? We get free daily points and add in some small casino free ones and you have nice points adding up easily. Just simple discipline. Greed.

Yeah, we're seeing time and time again that this software is completley NOT LEGIT... it is NOT random, it will absolutely not give you tens on double-downs, and it will not let you win big bets, it just won't.
It is so friggin' rigged, it's ridiculous, and yet we all keep going back in there, myself included. This stinks.
By the way, I looked at all your hands, and what were you doing on a couple of those? You hit a 19 at the bottom, and later you hit a 17 and a 19 on the same hand! Were you drunk?

I would say my success rate on double downs is easily below 5%. The software isn't legitimate, but it's free points so complaining is idiotic, plus we have the option not to play.

This Blackjack software is definitely rigged. The chance of getting a 10 (or even a 9) is ridiculously low. With basic strategy a player only expects to win 40-45% of the hands. However, the advantage is gained on the big hands: splitting, doubledowns, and BJs. When you lower the percentage of successful doubledowns, this game becomes RIDICULOUSLY unfair. Why would SBR screw us with software like this?Comment -
