I agree with you, Alabama and Florida are both good if not great teams. My point is that the SEC is top heavy and the rest of the conference is given way too much credit.

For those of you who seem to be confused by these odds, Texas is now currently at +100 because they have the perceived easiest path the the NC game. The play here is to take the team that you think will play Texas in the NC game, and take those odds. Then, when the game is set, take Texas and the ML, which will be +115 or higher. That way, you will get a nice middle. We are going to do this as soon as we can determine a winner between Florida and Alabama. Right now we have not made that decision. What happens tonight and how much we can wager will also determine if we make this play or not.

Bama / UF will expose Texas. The SEC will win it's third MNC in a row. When will you people learn?

Texas would probably be 9-3 or 10-2 in the SEC. It is just a reality.

Hey guys, just want you to know that Texas is going to be a very very tough out for whoever they play in Pasadena. I know you guys are used to the usual SEC destroying whoever is in their path, but Texas is a very resilient team. Mack Brown is 18-4 in games decided by 3 or less. Texas is 1 second away from having a 30 game win streak. The offense is great, the defense is great (albeit they had a slip up against A&M).

Texas heard all about their crappy schedule in 2005, and were huge underdogs to USC (a year after USC trounced OU 55-19). Same things were being said....Big 12 can't hang with USC, yadda yadda yadda. Well Texas isn't OU. Texas is 3-0 in BCS bowls. OU has lost 5 BCS bowls in a row. Colt McCoy has developed a win at all costs attitude, much the same as Vince Young had in 2005. Not saying they'll win, but I wouldn't be so sure about this game. It's gonna go down to the wire, you can count on that. My feeling is whoever has the ball last will win (if it's against Florida). I think Texas would beat Alabama by 3-7 points, maybe even 10. They are the only one of the 3 teams without a QB who has really proven himself in big time games.
