Hilarious how the truth can be twisted over two years time. Here is the real story. I should probably bookmark this post because I think I have explained this three times now.

Sportsgirl used to post her NFL column here. I know Sportsgirl, BadNina and Swede from www.americanidolconspiracy.com . Nancy (sportsgirl) said that there were some fun people at SBR and asked us to join. I wasn't interested at first but found myself bored one day so I registered. I thought it was an interesting site, considering I am married to a bettor, and gave me some insight as to how spreads work. Yes, SBR is responsible for my own gambling interest. Thanks, SBR!

Bill Dozer recognized the interest in American Idol odds and asked Nancy if she could write an article for SBR because she also writes an AI article for her paper. Due to a conflict of interest with her employer, she was unable to do so. Nancy recommended that Dozer contact me. I spoke with Dozer a few times and told him that I would like to do a "he said/she said" type of article. Which I did. Bread doing the "he said" portion.

Anyway, the article was apparently a success because it was the featured article several times on the front page. After that season ended, SBR presented an opportunity to Bread to write sports articles. If any of you nitwits ventured outside of Players Talk, you would see that his articles are posted on the front page twice a week.

Actually, jellobiafra mentioned it in the thread about ITH. Although he didn't mention which poster he was referring to, I was 99.9% certain that it was 1st and Ten. Nice job finding the thread though, I wasn't sure which date ITH had posted that.

All true and well said, Robs. My NFL articles also used to be posted on the front of this site ( http://www.sbrforum.com/Handicappers...ncy-Allen.aspx ) however, another conflict arose with my current employer and I was no longer able to allow SBR to use the column on it's front pagem but still sometimes post the link to it in the NFL section. The conflict with the NFL column was the same for American Idol, so I did in fact suggest Robyn and it goes from there as she said.
