            Set 5 (max - at least 15): 15

              Done the third week...I reach the maximum of 21 push ups in a row and getting close to make 100 during the 5 sets. For me the program was not that bad after all, but the 4th week looks difficult. I'm a little skeptic about reaching the 100 push ups mark a month for now, but I will try even if it takes longer then that.

                    I couldn't pass the second day of week 4, failed miserably, so I will repeat this stage of the program next week.

                    I must add that I'm not doing the "lame" push ups, I do the military style http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_3Avd073_d0 with the chest touching the ground and the palm at shoulder width.

                    I'm getting stronger, I can feel that, but not enough to pass week 4. Right now I can do just 5 sets of 20/25/20/20/20
