    0 to 100 Pushups in 6 weeks
    The 100 pushups training program. Strengthen and sculpt your arms, abs, chest and glutes by training to do 100 consecutive push-ups in six weeks.


    Might make a video in 6 weeks of me doing 100 pushups when I complete the program

        The right pre-workout fuel is critical, Mumbles. Watch my vid repeatedly for inspiration. I warmup with a hundy these days. BIG PHUCKEN TIME!

          It will take 6 weeks and maybe longer for me to be able to do 100

          I did like 50 in 5 minutes tonight and I can't feel a thing

            Mumbles, do 50 more tonight. Even if you have to do 50 sets of 1 to get em in. You will be sore tomorrow but you must push yourself. Tomorrow make sure you take a nice hot shower/bath in the morning and evening to loosen things up. Stick with pushups and you will be amazed at how it will build your pecs. UK gals will be dry humping you next summer.

                        I've tried that regiment 3 different times. No one I know has gotten past the third week. It burns your arms so badly.

I know a guy who's doing 1000 pushups a day, he's a Japanese karate trainer...I saw him doing that one day I was planning to join a karate club. I remember I tried to double the money for the membership betting on Utah and Lakers going over 97@HT...I lost so I never join it.
                                    I can do around 500 pushups if I remember correctly, or it was just 7...not sure...start farting after the third one, losing my breath after the 5Th and collapsing after the 7Th.

                                        I started the program yesterday...did 12 push ups initially, I could do a few more but I said to myself to start easy. Anyone else started the program ? I hope I will win my bets because if I lose I will be to depressed to exercise and I will quit.

                                                Oh, yeah. It's all coming back to me. It completely fukks with your core. And soon your shoulders and back will flare up. If you have a job, or need to function everyday, this will make it difficult.

                                                  I think the program is hard for the people really out of shape but still 100 push ups can be reached, just repeat the same week program until you passed and move to the next one, not big deal if it takes 20 weeks instead 7 to reach the goal...we live times when everybody wants instant gratification, which makes me wonder why my girlfirend gets upset about my premature ejaculation.

                                                  Today is day 2 for me...still a little sore for day 1 but I know I can do day 2. Also I read more about push ups and today I will try to pay attention to execute them correctly.

                                                  I will report back if I complete week 2. My advice is to start with the level 1 program no matter hou many push ups you did during the initial test.

                                                    I didn't do the initial test, just started at the 3rd column of week 1

                                                    Today I am not in pain at all, my body is already adjusting and getting stronger

                                                    I think I won't have any problems getting to 100

                                                      true story, i swear to GOD.

                                                      5 yrs ago, i wasn't able to do 4 push ups. i was benching 159 lbs max.. i ONLY did push ups, no gym.. no bench.

                                                      i decided to do 150 push ups each day- = 1000 pushups a week. i kept this up for 2 yrs.. always 1,000 push ups each week.. never stopped. after 2 weeks, i was doing 30 push up. after 1 month, 80 no problem in 1 shot. after 1 month, i was doing 1 set of 100, then 1 set of 50 for my 150 per day. no problem

                                                      i went to gym, benched 325 lbs no problemo, never touching a weight... my triceps were harder than the wall. i was a powerhouse. lost my belly, and i ate like a pig, too. body fat went from 32% to 18%.. body was solid like a rock, never dieted. i ate what i want.,.

                                                      and only 150 push up a day, not 1,000. my metabolism sky rocketed.. i could eat whatever i wanted and never ever got fat.

                                                      this thread will inspire me to go back to that again. they were good times. everyone that saw me could tell i trained. i had a great hard body, unlike today, i am a fat fukk now. ever since i stopped push ups, all the weight piled back on.

                                                      boys, all you need to do is push up.. don't even need to go to the gym. it's strengthens your whole body and makes you strong..

                                                        Just a thought from the Monkey? How many pushups and how long would it take for your abs to be so hard that .22 would hit your stomach and fall to the ground? Alittle inspiration for you buddy till next summer's jazz festival!
