OK, I agree if it is applied unilaterally, meaning immigrants who are felons in foreign countries should not be treated as non felons in America. So for instance your a cuban felon and you hop on a raft and come to America, you should still be a felon.

I don't know whether buztah is a racist or not. I think he is more an elitist. The term Cracker has been used by oppressed people to label those who would use the crack of a whip to be heard.
There is a very distinct difference in the level of oppressively significant racial malice that can be inferred from the use of these two words.
That being said, racism exists in its currently most powerful form as an oppressive socioeconomic cultural structure. People aren't invoking racism as the reason that the minimum wage is so ridiculously low, and why we accept shitty healthcare for the middle class because, but racism is a big contributor.
