Why not start Sabathia in game 6?

Not sure if its been said yet and if it has been I am sorry, but starting CC today is just flat out stupid. If he starts and wins, the he won't start game 1 because it would be on 3 days rest. Pettitte has proven to be a elimination game stud as if he wins then he has the record number of clinching games pitched. There is absolutely no logic to pitching CC. Now if the lose and go to a game 7, then its a no brainer. Just common sense not to pitch CC.
