Did Matchbook change their commission policy again? Since when have they charged 0.2% on offers I made that got matched? I thought I would get a 0.2% rebate on offers matched.

Matchbook didn't change anything.
I received 0.2% for offers made that got matched. This was yesterday btw.

Maybe you could do a screenshot from the report page to show us the .2% charge.
