You be the judge. Is 6 weeks in prison for breaking a guys nose with a good old fashioned head butt after being spat at fair? I just viewed it as a draw but the fuzz and judge viewed it differently. I get a month and a half inside and this other scrotum sack doesn't get so much as charged. So what if he has to slurp his food through a straw ... I didn't start it...I didn't asked to be spat at...surely just because he comes off worse for wear shouldn't mean there are no criminal consequences for him. No only did I get stuck with his saliva but his blood also. Had all the tests. Still waiting for the results. Probably some HIV drug f&^$ed poo pounder with AIDS. It's a real worry. I get a stretch plus the worry of all that he gets to nurse a sore jaw. Where's the justice in all that?

Who is Papsmear? How do you get six weeks in a Prison. Here, uh the cops always show up way after the fact and don't do anything. If it's like a real clean cut person, and a total bum who's too dumb to walk away in the 10+ minutes it takes for the cops to arrive. The bum goes downtown, Misdimeanor battery, charges dropped, out the next day (or Monday). You don't get prison for punching someone.
I sprayed a N###$er back though for the same thing. The book here is prison, or at least a drunk tank, and this brick-ass ninja was talking ish and let a little spray, so I got up to spit back and he took off. It was strange, like he chickened or didn't want to end up headless (not from me, but from the cops).
But I was still pissed, so later I sprayed him back all over his head. He acted like he didn't notice.

I live in Australia. In town walking past a nightclub. Guy in a queue thinks I looked at him strange. Half tanked. He spits at me. I walk over and take him down with one single blow to the nose/cheekbone/jaw area. Bouncers/security detain me until cops arrive. Footage can't pick up this punk spitting on me only the headbutt so I do time. Show the bouncer this guys spit on my neck/neck collar of shirt. Makes no difference.
