for those waiting on checks instead of wires
This was the 1st time I was told they couldn't put the money back in my acct because the system is showing my check was sent.
You: Do you know if it was sent by DHL or FedEx?

You: I have heard of a few people receiving bank wires, but none that I know of have received a check yet. If I wanted to, could I have the money put back in my account so that I could reqest a bank wire instead of a check?
Ahmed Jones: Because the check have already been sent, we cannot cancel the withdrawal. Checks only began processing on March 26, we expect customers to start receiving them within the next week.Comment -

Is there a way to keep track of a bank wire? Any other ways to confirm it was sent via bank wire other than a simple email from my book saying it was sent? I'm waiting, but it's only been a week...just curious...Comment -

I talked to sb today and they said my check is still "processing" and should be sent out in a "few days". I re-withdrew on 3/15 and personally haven't received any good news since then. Honestly, I've probably called/emailed/chatted with them only a 2-3 times since this fiasco began as i've been following this forum more closely instead. It looks like the tide is changing as it sounds like more of you guys are receiving your money; however, i'm only going to put weight behind those who were actually posting on this website for the past month or so (ie trun, shamswoolf, etc).

how do you guys find out that you are receiving bank wires? Is it that you all call your bank in the morning to see if you received something? That may become a irritating after awhile. I've been waiting for it to show up via online banking even though you have to wait the next day to see if there were any transactions the previous day.Comment -

Wires shuold post to your bank account immeditaely. You should be able to see them using online banking. I've had wires sent to me mid day, and I could see them in my account a few minutes later.Comment -

live chat cs just told me that my check was sent DHL today...no tracking number yet (whatever that means)...They said I could call DHL if I like (although without a tracking number I'm not quite sure what to ask them...)Comment -

ye sthey very well maybe sitting on the money for a day or two and making interest.
as shtty as that sounds, every business does this, even the legit one, and major banks like JPM CHase and BOA.
it is not helpful once we are already well delayed, but everyone does this process.Comment -
there are none that are over 10 days beside the few sent as a test batch or whatever they called it.
all the ones from monday the 19th, today is day 10.
it seems something def went wrong with that first batch, so we shouldnt really count thos ein the sample.
i think anyone who didnt receive the one from the 19th today, day 10, will def receive it early this week.
i think guys who got their wires in 9 days were just lucky, and theirs happened to come first.

OOOOOOH HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHELL YEAH legit business do and not just so called businesses but universities and states do the samething... I looked at UofToledo's accounting books and this is what they are and all universities not to mention the state's are doing... This is f*ckin dirty too... They only disclose what is needed for the budget (expenses) and while the people "ASSUME" that their revenue must be the budget that is NOT THE CASE... Here is an example of what they are doing... They will take a percentage every year out of their revenue and put it in "slush funds" where it is invested and not only won't the original amount they took out not come back but neither will the returns.... So this whole time people don't realize that they have enough money to rebuild campus if it all burned down WITH CASH but they still raise tuition every year and taxes in the states cases to keep ppl's struggling and more importantly to keep the same or higher amount up that is taken out of the revenue each year and put into these slush funds...Comment -

Just got off the phone and I was told this was the delivery method for my check that was suppose to have been sent off MAr 29. They say I should have it within 2 weeks but are offering no confimation.

Jazette lied to me again. This morning in my chat they promised me that I would ahve my money within 6-12 hours. Now that the banks are closed and I have no money, I went back to them. Here is what they said
Jim Anderson: In the unlikely event you have not after 15 business days we would issue a trace If you requested it
They are nuts if they think I'm going to give them another week.Comment -
Marc, I'm sure it doesn't make you feel any better, but keep in mind that you have already received 17K more than most of the rest of us.
Anything can happen, but if you were them, why would you choose to pay a client 17K if you intend to be unethical enough to stiff him out of the rest?Comment -

I don't think it is their plan to stiff. I've been slow paid many times in the past. I can deal with the slow pay, I can't deal with the constant lies. After telling me this morning that they were going to work on my account and make sure I got paid today, now they are saying they won't do anything until after I wait 15 days.
I find it disgusting how little they care about our funds. it means nothing to them to tell someone, Just wiat another week, or another month. Some of us need our money. They are begging for a **********. I want to do a charegback, just so that maybe someone from Jazette will call me. Then I could tell them that theri check is in the mail, and they should wait a week. And if they don't get it, they can give me a call back. Then I could delay them for a month or a year.

dude aren't you the one that received 17k this morning, they're working on it... it's not there fking fault our government passed bs legislation and we can't use neteller anymore, and instead they are forced to use some shitty ass shady processor instead. I will say this about wires... Not from a sportsbook but I was supposed to have a LOAN that I got approved deposited in my account and I have gotten loans this bank before when I had my other checking account at charter one... At charter the wire showed up the next day... At my other bank it took two days LONGER... Guys we just don't know...
I still don't agree with chargebacks... especially when he got paid 17K this morning... They lied but there is a big differance in a lie and a stiff.... You know you're going to get paid so a ********** is not cool just because they lied or so we think... Like I said IT COULD be something else...Comment -
