I just called the 800-632-6088 and this guy told me that there is no problem with bank wires over 1,000.


He also said the reason the bank wires take 10 days is they go to Costa Rica bank to Europe to Canada and then here

Take that for what it's worth


Also BofA said that is hogwash as far as a 1K limit

Look at all that could of been largely avoided had you guys simply implemented epassporte.com as a interim cashout solution. Sure they likely may not be in the US market 6 months or a year from now, but they are now and if huge sites like pokerstars and fulltilt can use them for now along with other methods, why the hell couldn't you guys?!

in my experience it seems like the people on the phone bs more and tell you what you want to hear... they always tell me 100% i'll get my wire by 10th business day, the chat people say it may take longer, same with checks...

I can see the writing on the wall. Friday is Good Friday and then Easter is Sunday and that should put us back to next Tuesday or Wednesday before we can expect them again.

Whether or not the banks close for real over there in "payout processing land" I promise you they will next say that the banks are closed for holiday to buy an extra three days.

My bank is Wells Fargo and it is not closed.

The CS guy already told me "they are real religious" over there, setting us up for a scenario I described. Watch and see if I am not right.

jenny you're four days behind me and i've yet to been paid. I have been however guaranteed to be paid by the end of the week. i would think you're looking at middle to end of next week. hang in there. some people have confirmed receiving wires.

I chargebacked today. Was honest about it. They didn't seem to care. One of the Chase Dispute CSRs actually mentioned that her husband does online sports betting as well. If you need a reason to **********, it's in the Terms and Agreements. They said they'll process all cash outs within 48 hours, they don't so they violate their terms. I was honest about it, didn't ********** any more than my most recent deposit, etc. Still have paperwork to fill out among other things but I feel like this is the safest and quickest way to go about rather than be at the mercy of a company based in Antigua and doing illegal operations over the Internet.

I was actually wondering if the fall in the stock market near the end of february had something to do with this. I dont remember when I attempted withdrawal but I think it was before the small collapse in the stock markets. Just a thought.

been posting here since day one really. was really worried but was trying to be patient and rational.

I got my wire today, aftre 12 business days, so dont take the 10 so strictly.

I was very worried, am not a long time sportsbook.com customer (only 6 months), and had a withdrawl just under 10k.

I didnt trust them at all, but I did receive my wire today day 12, like none of this mess even happened. so be patient, i think you can trust them if they say it was sent, and then just be patient and expect it to take longe rthan they say, but that it will definitely get there.
