I first off want to thank everyone on this site for this thread. Quite possibly the best info thread on deposits on the net. Now for the details....Two months ago I requested a check for 2900k. It was always in the "pending" cat. So Three weeks ago I told them to put the money back in my account and I would make smaller withdraws. I did...my first check for $1,024 arrived 2 weeks after I requested. I played with my money a little and made another grand. I made a second withdraw on April 16 and it was sent on April 21 and arrived today (amount was for $1,600k). I made a thid withdraw for $2,452 (under the 2500k) on Sunday and thats still pending. Needless to say they are paying people just be patient.

Still no check today...something must be wrong with the processor sending the checks because I should have received it by now. I called the processor and he was surprised i hadnt received it as it was "sent" on the 16th.

still no bank wire and no check..

I requested a withdraw as bank wire for 2000 on 4/17 and sent out on the 8th of may..still nothing....and I requested another withdraw as check for 2000 on 5/16 and they told me sent out by DHL on 21th...still nothing..

I told SB that it is now 15 business days since they told me my check was sent. (They said it was sent on May 4th) Their only response is that the withdrawals department will get back to me as soon as possible. I then asked them about the bonus for my allpro account. I had requested the bonus last week after I got my big check. They said the vip department will get back to me as soon as possible.

These guys deserve every ********** they get hit with

Leo holem it normally takes 5 business days to receive check from dhl when they send the second email saying your check has been mailed. So you should receive today. Well about your wire I have no clue when you will receive that.

You would think they would understand why there was no action in your account!?!?! Wow, these people are just oblivious to whats going on and what they are putting us through!

Well as far as I can gather, the processor that is processing the large checks must of been caught by the US so I'm sure we will have to wait now for them to find a new processor because none of us have received our checks that were sent in the mail on the 16th.

It's very strange. The processor seemed very suprised that no one has been getting the checks. I just hope I don't wake up on tuesday to find out that the 49k check they sent has bounced.

I have to say as inept as sportsbook.com is I still have some good feelings towards them. I'm a professional poker player and since Paradise Poker was shutdown to US players, Sportsbook gave many of us a free 20 or 25 dollar bet. I took my 25 and ran it up to over 3K in two days against some of the worst poker players I've seen in 20 years(I cashed out after reading this forum). It took about 3 weeks after bitching to them 15 times to finally get paid. But I got paid. Plus my two days of play gave me something called gold chips which are good to enter free tournies against these chumps. So all in all I would never recommend anybody put a dime on this site with all their problems, it hasn't been half bad for me.

Im waiting on one that was sent May 2nd. CS tells me now that my check was reissued and sent out on May 15th. So now I have to wait til June 5th (15 business days) until they can even look into why I haven't received it yet. Marc was the only one to receive a check over $2500, and his was for roughly $50,000. How come he got paid first, and from i can tell he says he was expecting his 5400, not the 50,000.

My check was supposed to be sent on May 1st (over 9K). Now they are telling me if I don't receive it by May 29, they will put a trace on it. I remember getting an e-mail saying it was sent May 17th instead. Ignored it because cs told me 5 or more times it was sent on May 1st. Wouldn't surprise me that it was really sent on the 17th instead. What a ****ed up mess!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did 2 chargebacks after waiting 6 weeks to be paid. About 2 weeks after the chargebacks i got my first payment. And this week, 6 weeks after ********** i got my second payment. They took about $25 or $30 in fees from each. But i have the payment and the chargebacks. (I think one of the chargebacks they deducted from my account, the other one was a bonus).

They deserve it. I feel bad for you guys who still havent been paid even once yet

so I spoke to cs agian. They said if I don't get the check by friday, they will initiate a trace. the trace can take up to 2 weeks. After that, they will issue a new check, but that could take 2 weeks as well. Then of course the time frame to recieve a check is up to 3 weeks. So basically i should have my money sometime in late july. Once I get it, they will consider giving me a bonus, which I'm sure they won't give.

Some companies will let you ********** up to 6 moths. You just need to call and tell them you want to dispute a charge. They'll connect you to the billing dispute area. They will then mail you a dispute letter. You fill it out, and add documentation (e.g. emails proving you are owed the money) mail back the form. sit back and wait.

What did you say in the dispute? I don't think I can say that I wanted to gamble online and now they aren't paying me. What documentation to prove did you provide?

You don't have to provide anything really, just tell them you made an offshore electronics purchase and never received the goods. The sportsbook has no ground to stand on and can't prove they provided you with anything.

marc, what did you do with BOA? How far back did they let you go? How long have you been waiting for a response from BOA? What did you send them as proof? Did you have problems since it was sportsbook related?
