#3888It was first a check that I requested on Feb. 22. On March the 12th after a bunch of shit from CS they "suggested" I change it to bank wire, they said if I did that I would get it in about a week. (stupid me) The wire was processed on 3/21 and you know the rest of the story.Comment -

#3890here is another chat I just had with them. All I was asking for is that someone call the processor and just verify the actual send date. They wouldn't do it. As you will se, after assuring me the funds were sent on the 4th. They changed it to the 9th, and then to the 10th. I still don't belive my money was mailed on the 10th, because if it was really put in the mail, I would have had it by today.

We cannot get verification from the wire processor as they sent us the verification already that the fuinds were sent a week later. Therefore you should allow up to 10 working days for the funds to be received

#3896Try 89044. This is getting fricking ridiculus. I got an email saying one of my 3 withdrawls was sent on May 11. CS told me another one was sent May 15. And I got an e-mail today saying my third withdrawal was sent out today. These were all for amounts under $2,500. I just called DHL to see if any package was on its way to me. I told her to use zip code 89044 (Las Vegas). She says that there was a label created on May 11th, but that my package was never picked up by DHL. And she said that was the only record for me on the system. So basically I don't have anything on the way to me. #3901They can process withdrawals under $2500, but they are struggling to process withdrawals over $2500. If they were smart, they would just tell everyone that max withdrawal is $2500, and you can make 2 requests a day. If they had done that a month ago, we wouldn't be where we are right now. The people with the 3/21 wires would still be screwed but the rest of us would at leats have some money. But why they even bother trying to process payouts for over $2500 is beyond me.Comment -

#3902I just got off the phone with a CS Rep and I told him to ring the traders to get a price for what odds I could get on the money I had been waiting for since 21st March wont be in my account tomorrow. I told him I was willing to wager the 16,800$ left in my account that my $5000 withdrawal would not hit my account by the 18th May like I was told in my latest e-mail. What an absolute Joke this company is.
Also I believe the withdrawals have to be under 2000 now as I requested a 2500 withdrawal on the 8th May and it still hasn't been processed whereas others on this forum not only have had it processed but have the check in their hands.
This is either because 2500 is still a little large or maybe because as I and others have felt that they are making it tougher for those of us that have a positive Balance with them( I mean we have won money from them). They dont seem to be in any rush to pay us as they would be happy to see the back of us. Other people who lose all the time they are more than happy to help as they want them back again.

The best part is I have been talking to the same person Peter the last two weeks in Accounting. Everytime he tells me next week I like to call "the next week" and tell him I still dont have the money. He now is avoiding my calls because he is running out of lies to tell me. I dont believe I will ever get my money I think Betus will be off line and there phones will be disconnected before Football season.

I just got finished speaking to an online rep and he said that he just traced my wire and it should be in my account by the middle of next week. But it is crazy, earlier in the conversation he said that he had no update, then I started being an a-hole and he said that since I am now an MVP client that he found my trace. I think that he was blowing smoke up my a*s. I kept calling them crooks and telling them that if they do not know where my $$ was that they should put the funds back into my account. I have been using sportsbetting.com and withdrawing funds under $2000 and have received 3 DHL packages in the last 2 weeks. I don't understand what they are doing to us????Comment -
