so whats the deal with the $15.00 fee each month after the first free withdrawl? for those of you have recieved your second, third, fourth, etc withdrawls - are you being charged that $15.00 fee on each subsequent payout?

so from viewing this site for a couple of days i've learned:
1). bitch about the $15.00 fees for each withdrawls after the first and you will essentially not get charged 2). do a credit card ********** after you get your withdrawls and consider it payment for a long delay for processing the funds - plus it cant be collected by any creditors since it is considered a gambling debt. 3). don't withdraw more than $2500.00 per payout request otherwise you expose yourself to a long payout delay 4). and finally CHILL!!! - because eventually i will get my money.... is all this correct?Comment -

Credit Card Chargebacks
Mod., Marc, or anyone whose done this, did you guys do chargebacks after you got each check, or wait till you get all your money from SB? Never planned on doing this if I got all my money, but this wait is starting to fire me up. Please explain the whole process in case I decide to do so. I know it's been on here before but would take me forever to find this information over 109 pages. I do believe you'd want to wait till all monies are received (if that ever happens), otherwise they could trim your payouts??? I've got a Bank of America **** card, not sure if they'll even go through with this, plus how far back can you go 1,3,6 monthes in the past on charges??? Sorry, but didn't pay much attention to this information ealier. Any, and all info. pertaining to this subject will be greatly appreciated!!!!!Comment -
youre more than likely SOL. BOA/MBNA will do nothing for you if you admit the charges are gambling related. unless the specifics of your charges allow for you to be creative and claim it is for VOIP minutes (who buys thousands of bucks worth of VOIP minutes?) or some sort of e wallet services, then you will have to lie and run the risk of fraud, which i would not recommend. so pay off your BOA account and start using chase (they will allow you to ********** even if the charges are gambling related). or just be honest and forget charging back after you get paid.Comment -
so chase credit cards offer chargebacks? anyone have any info on Capital One Mastercards? does capital one offer chargebacks for gambling? or for that matter can anyone give any info on other cards that allow this chargback to take place? and what exactly you have to say in order for the chargebacks to be initated. is it a simple, "i won a ton of money and they wont pay me any of it so i was wondering if i could at least get my money back?"Comment -
The problem with chargebacks is the initial credit is temporary. They have to do an investigation to see if your claim is legit. I do not know the results of anyone here personally that did a **********. From being on this thread since page 55 or so, I've learned that checkcards/bankcards are super hard to get done and BOA is the worst.... I myself would like to gamble with these guys in the future if they make it and straighten up.... So Im going to stay in good standing with them....Good luck...Comment -
somewhere i read a while back that these companies are compensating some of thier customers with some sort of bonus for the delays of thier withdrawls. so what exactly are we talking about? lets say i have $10,000 in pending withdrawls. what amount of bonus $ should i expect to be compensated? whenshould i request this compensation bonus - before i get my check in the mail or after i get my funds?Comment -
I think they want us to ask for compensation after we receive our money. If we ever do receive it that is. What annoys me however is if I ever do receive some money it will need to be somewhere around 10% as that is how far the crappy American Dollar has dropped in relation to the Aussie Dollar. I am one of the lucky ones who had $5000 lost in the March 21st processing batch. I then tried to bank-wire the rest of my money out which is nearly 22000 worth but have since cancelled this and have 2500 pending but not processed. I am going to wait till they say it is sent before I withdraw another 2500 because no - one can guarantee me they wont lump them together and I don't want to risk any more delays.Comment -
You call up the credit card company and tell them you want to dispute some charges. They will ask why, I strongly advise telling the truth. BofA is hard but not impossible. The key with BofA is to point out that the service that they were supposed to provide is returning your money upon demand.
Affter you speak to your cc compnaies, they will send you a dispute letter. You should get it a week later. Fill it out and send it back. You should have 3 weeks from the time you send it back before SB finds out. I would advise sending in the form before you get your check, as it would be fraud otherwise. Once you send it in, I don't know that you are under any legal obligation to inform the credit card companiees that you received your funds.Comment -

Still no word on my 3/21 wire. The guy I talked to on the VIP line says that 560 wires were sent that day and that they have traces on 130 of them. 3/19/07-3/21/07 Update. Nothing from sportsbook.com yet. I was on the online chat on Saturday and I was told that my wire from the 3/19/07-3/21/07-4/4/07 batch was resent on Saturday 5/5/07 I told Laura White that I was going to call back on Monday and see if I received the same answer. I called today and guess what? They said I was going to get it credited back in my account by the end of the week. I was pissed off so I asked for a manager. I was then told that they did not send anything and that they still have NO clue when I will receive the money. This company is a JOKE.
