Believe me, up until it hits your bank account, they can cance; it if they want to. WHat they mean is that once they send it to the processor, they won't cancel it, if you ask. But if they want to cancel it, they can

wire from 4/4 received on 5/7

I have been following this thread since March, so I wanted to share that the wire I requested on 4/4 was received it on 5/7. I also have a friend who requested a check for under $1500 in early April and received it within about 2 1/2 weeks. The fact that this thread is slowing down leads me to believe others are also receiving funds in a more reasonable timeframe. Unfortunately, this still leaves some older withdrawals that seem to be lost, but for those with more recent ones you might be in better shape than you think. Good luck to all.

I just got off the phone with them and have been informed that they have lost their ability to send Bank Wires so if you are in the queue for them ask for it to be cancelled. Right now the only option is a DHL check at 2500$ or less. You can do up to 3 per day and they wont get lumped together anymore as they no longer have the processor in Germany. Then it would be advisable to wait a couple of days before you withdraw again. Apparently the Bank Wire option is gone until at least the 21st of May but personally I think it is gone for good. I have over $26,000 in my account so I am hoping this works. I also have $5000 from the 21st March which they hope will be returned to my account in the next week.

Probably the good news in all of this is that they look like they are paying. Even though it is going to be a hassle to get the checks in 2500 lots. The bigger problem for me is my bank in Australia charges me $45 per check and I have to wait 1 month for it to clear. Which is really a short time considering how long most of us has waited so far.

They haven't provided any explanation why they won't break up my payouts in checks of $2500 each.

I know all of you are gonna think I'm crazy, but I deposited more $$$ this weekend for the derby. I hit the Exacta, then went to the Poker tables & turned that into some more loot.

I withdrew $750 on Sunday May 6th....today I got email confirmation that my check was sent today.

They are getting alot quicker on the small withdrawals.

I asked for the same customers service rep who gave me some info on them closing shop and they told me he no longer works there(more like fired).The reason the other poster above here got his account closed-up and all pay-outs cancelled is that they are taking the ********** threats much more seriously since most people waiting for all these months are actually doing it now.They are only processing a few small payouts presently.When they get hit with chargebacks ,at the same time from members who received their withdrawals,they get doubled-screwed.The chargebacks are going to finish them as no one Is making deposits unless they are mental patients.

I have been in this thread since day one and have heard all the stories and issues with Sportsbook.com. So if you want your money within two weeks I suggest using the method above to get your money.

Just wanted to let you guys know I received a check today by DHL at 9:02 am this morning for a check of 1900 and some change. I made the request on the 27th of April, got the confrimation on May 3rd it was processed and got the check today. So I waited a total of 12 days to get my check via DHL. So again anyone that really wants their money I suggest using the method I have stated above. It seems to be working just fine and is the fastest way to get money right now. I went back online last night and requested another 1900 and will request the last 1500 sometime next week. Just wanted to pass this info along again.....

Certainly my logic was and still is that if they don't pay me, i will resort to the **********. Just not sure how the cc compnaies will respond. But this is just another reason why those who wish to continue to play with these guys should make sure to make frequent withdrawals and depsoits, so that the ********** option is always available

Funnie so they gonna cancel 7k back my acct. i asked them where's 1.9k told just already sending out today i ask them for Track # and email confirm..told many check pending on system. Today i received my check for under 2k that was sent dhl on the 1st, and i also just checked my online bank account and my wire that was sent last monday for over 2.5k is currently pending in my account(8th business day received)... these are my 3rd and 4th withdraws and i now have gotten all my money out!! something i honestly did not think would happen for at least another month or 2. It feels like i honestly won this money twice...lol. I wish you all the best, maybe i'm just lucky, you may not believe me but i've been on this forum from the very start posting and being pissed like everyone else, and all i can say is good luck and i hope you get paid before its to late!!

I got my second wire yesturday for 14k. Got an email saying it was sent 5/2 and six days later it was in my account. Im still waiting on 3 other withdarwals for 4k, 9, and 6k. I already got an 8k and 14k already. Been waiting since late Jan. Can't believe that it is actually getting better. I haven't got any emails for the others yet.

That's BS. You didn't recieve a wire in that type of turnaround! They haven't been able to send wires over 2k in the past month. I definately don't believe that.

I have a question. Is there anything they can do if I request a ********** from my credit card company AND the funds are wired? (effectively hiting them with a loss) They are not U.S. based so I don't know if they have any recourse against this.

If you read all the posts, there have been other who recieved wires for over 2k. 14k is by far one of the largest we have seen in a long time. The only reason why wires take so long is that there is that the processor often holds onto the money for a few days before releasing it. If the processor is sending the money out faster, it would make sense that the turn around time is only 6 days

There really isn't much recourse that they have. They apparently have hired a collection agency to go after people who did chargebacks, but if the collection agency calls, just tell them that is a gambling debt, which makes it non-collectible.
