    How is it funny coming from a Raider fan M.L.D. ? Are you that ignorant to believe I am unaware my team has been terrible in recent years? Fukk me wish I had received the memo shortly after I came outta the coma a few days ago we have not even been to the playoffs in 10 years lol. Jesus Christ my boy the point was ANYTHING short of winning your conference at the very least is a commitment to mediocrity or failure! And teams with menial playoffs wins and appearances here and there are forgotten. The Raiders developed the brand and motto "Commitment to excellence". And anything short of winning your conference and representing in the big game is FAILURE. For that matter losing a SB is failure as well however alot has to be said for a conference win because it is very hard and not many teams do it.
