Yesterday, I received an e-mail from BetPhoenix. With a $100 deposit, you get 100% freeplay (12x rollover) + a $25 freeplay for a NFL two team parlay. I just contacted them to find out more info on the deal. This is what happened:

If BetIslands or another trustworthy B/C book offered me 100% w/ a 13x rollover and a $25 two team parlay freeplay, I'd jump on it in a heartbeat. Heck, if I had just stumbled upon their website and got in livechat, I may have deposited there. Just pretty dumb that they wouldn't match the e-mail promo from the day before.

they are out of their minds. with those rollovers you are doomed to never cash out. 600 x 15 (they count the 300$ deposit and 300$ free play) than they take the lower amount of the bet in the risk/win.

I deposited $100 there won for a 100% casino bonus, due too my own stupidity I only read the RO terms and forgot about the 10 times max cashout, ran it up to 4k and could only cashout 1k, that sucked.

Never understood that rule. If you think about it the risks to say run your balance past $1000 up to $4000 all equals out and is even to the advantage of the house. For example a guy who has a $1k balance will go broke 9 out of 10 times trying to get to $4k. If 9 guys bust out and one guy gets through its still better for the house. Guess i better keep my day job.

i agree john, i was betting 100's per hand on baccarat and i could have easily lost it all. Now how many casino's have a max cashout rule on a casino bonus? I typically just take freeplays and no book limits you after RO is completed, i don't think anyway.

I have zero problem with high rollovers as I plan to bet alot. The max cashout thing is not that awful common don't think after one completes RO, needless to say i never deposited at betphoenix again, this was when use my walllet was around and they would have probably got about 10K of my cash if they did not have this rule.

I've had similar experiences with various Sportsbooks on more than 1 occasion. In fact, now when I get emails like the one Ryan got I pretty much assume that what they told me in the email has expired... even if I go on Live Chat 5 minutes after I get the email they will tell me they no longer offer that. What really annoys me is when a Sportsbook advertises something on their website but then when you ask them about it they say "NO, we don't do that." Here's an example below:

This thread makes me sad. BP was my all time favorite book and still will be. I took 8 lousy points when I first started here at SBR, that got me a $25 FP. Not knowing anything and being a huge hamburger I turned that into a 6k Xmas for my family mostly thanks to Mike Vick. I will always be grateful for how bad I spanked them.
