Williams arrived in time for UNLV spring ball from Campbell University, an FCS school located in Buies Creek, NC.
He spent five years at the FCS school, and left as the Camels’ career passing leader in yards (8,236) and touchdowns (58).
In the UNLV spring game, Williams completed 14-of-22 passes for 227 yards with three touchdowns and no interceptions.

Spot on Chuck. The transfer guy barely beat Williams out this year. I think they will be fine. Will have some tough games coming up but that’s college football. The defense has been solid as well. The D won the Kansas game, not the QB. Sluka ran his ass off that game but the defense played big when needed. Good luck.Comment -

Yes, Sluka is a good runner. He had one SUPER-lucky TD pass on the last play of the 1st half vs Kansas.
