I think betting college teasers is, by and large, - EV.

In the NFL, where the totals are lower, I've had good success with 6pt. teasers...

I agree with you and don't do teasers anymore.
But have you ever heard of this notion for a two team teaser.

Tease any dog from +1.5 to +2.5, and a home favorite of -7.5 to -8.5
I've heard historically they have won more than 75% of the time when teased with 6 points.

Any validity to this? I may keep track of this during NFL season.

I always set a couple of bucks aside for a pleaser.

2-teams, 25 bucks-----just for the giggles of it.

This week I had ND from -14.5 to -20.5 (WON)
And I took Western Michigan +13 to +7....(CRASH AND BURN).

They are fun though.

I've made thousands with these over my 25 year career.

In the past, they were even better because of the rules and the odds.......still beatable though.

i love teasers on games like pitt vs titans on thursday. -6 pitt, take that down to a pk. i like the titans this year but the steelers defense might be better this year than last! most of you guys hit it on the head. i think that college football is too unpredictable.

If a two team teaser pays +100 and (in general) have a 56% odds of hitting then wouldn't that make playing 2 team teasers a bankroll builder in the long run?

What is the consensus about using Wong teasers in CFB? Is it +EV with a good price? I can get 1:1 for 2 team/6pt, and 9:5 for 3 team/6pt, but only with CFB. With NFL, the prices are 10:11, and 8:5

Idk about online rules but a tie in a teaser means no action money back, lets say you got a 2 team tease and the firs team loses and the second ties you can still get the money back on your ticket, maybe online rules different but I have done that in a real book before.

Precisely why books are either getting away from "Wongable" spreads or are no longer paying +100 on two-team six-pointers.
