Irving is a great scorer, we know that. But few focus on him being small, his lack of ability to play defense or rebound. In today's NBA, you don't want to get smaller. They didn't upgrade athleticism, both DFS and Dinwiddie were athletic.

But, they got a few gems in Luka and Kyrie to build on.
