Update: Situation was Resolved with the help of Dave Mason @DaveMasonBOL and Mark in security. I don't feel like it is necessary to elaborate in great detail, but a second security review did reveal a login from a device that clearly did not belong to me. The alleged 3:37 AM login which I referenced was indeed not in the login history. I am not in the business of speaking for against gambling sites, I will leave that to others on this site. However, it is comforting to know that if you have a legitimate issue, there are higher ups at BetOnline like Dave Mason and Mark who are willing to listen to your concerns and sort through facts to understand the full picture.

I will reiterate, if you have a legitimate problem with your account, you should find solace knowing Dave and Mike are willing to dive in and consider every detail. MOST IMPORTANTLY: change your password often, make sure 2 factor auth is on...and if you don't have intention of playing in the casino or poker, TURN IT OFF. Much harder for foul play to occur if you do these things. If you are really interested in knowing details, maybe contact Dave on twitter and he may or may not be willing to go into detail. Bottom line, there was unauthorized activity on my account and the issue was rectified.
