You are likely screwed unfortunately and not likely to get your money back.
I have an account with betonline but no effing way would I keep more than a few thousand there or at ANY offshore book and I advise others to do the same.
If you're lucky enough to live in a legal state or live in Vegas, use them for higher balances or large wagers, NEVER offshore..
Sorry dude but this will likely be a very expensive lesson you will have to learn from and move on.

Search the forum here, this has happened 15-20 times and documented by posters here. Most of them got their money back with SBR’s help, however, we never received an explanation as to what happened. My guess is the same as others, “rogue” or not so rogue employee. Personally I think this happened 100’s if not 1000’s of times at this particular shop and only a handful are refunded so it’s very lucrative for someone. I won’t play at Betonline for this reason.

Check out this thread, post #13. There’s tons more if you search. I’ve noticed some threads have been deleted for some strange reason.

Feeling slightly better. I cannot emphasize this enough, Dave Mason (@DaveMasonBOL) has been very helpful throughout. We exchanged several messages on twitter in the past hour that give me hope. Up until this point, the front end customer service agents have been shockingly confident that there was so suspicious activity on the account.
When I told this to Dave and asked for the hand by hand details of the Casino losses, he attempted to obtain them immediately. However, because casino play and transactions are handled by 3rd party software and cannot be obtained quickly. Dave let me know that at this moment, they do not yet have access to these records. With that said, it is VERY strange that the front end customer service could be so confident.
Further, I asked Dave to look into to the alleged 3:37 AM login from my iPhone XR login from my AT&T wifi. I reiterated my skepticism on this allegation and he is looking into it again.
He informed me not to expect a resolution tonight and that higher management is on it. I will keep everyone in the loop.
Aaron I would think your done with them after this debacle

Likely will not be returning to them. But that is besides the point. It was not and never will be my intention to make statements on their book as a whole. Especially did not realize how quickly I could be accused of having an agenda-- so I'll stay away from the politics of Offshore vs. Legal Gaming. Just want my money returned.

Has the opposite ever happened to this book? Like someone went to bed with a $10,000 sportsbook balance and woke up next morning with his balance increased to $20,000 because someone was betting on his account in the casino.
I know it sounds silly but I'm trying to eliminate any accidental use of the account by the software without the intervention of human, haker, employee, etc.

Lost it all from your doings? i.e. wagers and gameplay? Or it vanished from your account?

I mean if that happened someone could have cashed out and would be no repercussions at this point to speak about it. Of course, I think we can all agree the chances of that happening are still rather low.
