I am unable to see Individual hand information, time of play, only they can. Dave Mason messaged me back about 20 min on twitter and told me he would investigate some more. I will keep you posted.

I guarantee that the hand history can be pulled up and so can the IP address showing where the account was accessed from cam be found as well. These ar basic things.

No I believe u I was just saying. I’ve never seen someone say hundreds stolen it’s always thousands. To me it’s a no brainer it was stolen therefore no need to inquire about hand history. They wouldn’t have the same response every time if it wasn’t. Same lost it in casino excuse and security measures on client end. If I owned a book and my clients were constantly being robbed I’d approach it much differently.

That is good to know. Just remember in an investigation we have to look at all angles to prove you are not trying to scam the book but it is the other way.

I reached out to Dave Mason on twitter. He got back to me quickly and said he'd forward my case to higher ups at CS. I didn't hear back from him directly on twitter, but the same CS rep I spoke to previously alleged a 3:37 AM EST (2:37 AM CST) Login on my home wifi, which is simply false. I asked him further about the nature of the casino losses i.e. games played, hands history, and he did not provide to me. Hoping that higher ups will review this case if they haven't already and serve some justice. Attempting to obtain AT&T internet records as we speak, but unsure if I will ultimately be able to obtain hourly logs. If anyone is experienced in this, please let me know.
