You believe it’s not needed for the others while some healthy believe it is needed for them. You are putting on a clause on who should get it and who shouldn’t.

A big part of his plan was to rely on a local university to produce a vaccine and when that went pear-shaped he was way too slow to sort out new deals. When we finally started to vaccinate, all the news about AZ had been out for weeks so many people were reluctant to get it and there isn't enough Pfizer to go around even for those who are eligible for it since we have a stepped process ie only those 40-60 can get Pfizer currently although we need to wait until next week when more doses come. Saying you want people to die blah blah for not getting the vaccine. It's not a judgement, it's sciense and a fact that inhealthy people should get it. US has an embarrassing number of doses that exceed demand. I wonder if there is some logistical reason we can't send there. Frankly, anyone here in US that hasn't been vaccinated by now is by choice. We should ship out just about all our doses to places and people that want it. Americans who haven't figured it out by now are pretty much hopeless.

You should get it unless you have a specific known health condition or drug interaction that prevents it from working. A very low percentage, but there are some on immunosuppressants.
